Thank you so much for all your assistance recently with my child's vehicle. Could not have asked for more and being long distance, this made a stressful situation far less worrisome.
Kia engine failure and scrap.

They dont do much work on volvos, but sent me to a guy who is willing, within his family owned shop's abilities to get parts. Williams auto is where rpm suggested. Both places are easy to deal with and rpms tow service is wonderful!

Great independent automotive repair shop! Has treated my vehicle and myself very well over the years. Repairs were done quickly and prices are reasonable. I knew it was a great repair shop when local law enforcement have their vehicles serviced at RPM. I have been a customer for some years and will continue to do so in the future.

RPM is an awesome automotive shop, they are friendly, courteous, and do great work. I travel 25 miles from another town to patronize their business. ?

They got called by law to tow my grandson's broken down car - charged an outrageous tow fee and then after 2 weeks (in spite of inquiring phone calls) still couldn't get around to doing even a diagnostic test let alone repair work. I feel they totally took advantage of my young grandson and family paid to have the car taken somewhere else.

I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service or witnessed such greedy, predatory behavior. My 19 year old nephew's car broke down on the side of the road one night when he was visiting a friend in Fairfield. When he went back the next morning, the police had already had it towed by RPM. He was due to get his paycheck a week later and was going to pay for the tow then. (not realizing he was racking up daily fees) They called to say that they didn't have any room on their lot to leave it there and if he didn't have it paid in full by the following Monday, they were sending the car to auction. My nephew called me, desperate, and I paid the $481.50 in full ($200 for the tow on Dec 2 and $281 in "storage fees") and let them know that I would like a diagnostic and would also be using them for the repairs, however much it was, just to get the car running again.
Over the next 2 weeks, we called twice for a status update, and were told the weather had put them so far behind that they didn't have time for a diagnostic. (apparently they had plenty of room on the lot now that I'd paid them almost $500).
When they finally did get an opportunity to look at it, they let us know that they couldn't get it from the lot to the service area to do a proper diagnostic, but we needed to send it to someone else for the repair.
Then they charged us another $208 to tow it to the nearest Chrysler dealership in Washington.
All in, the car was there for over a month, I'm out $689, and they did absolutely nothing more than what should have been a $75 tow, simple next day diagnostic, and another $75 tow when they decided they weren't going to repair it.
I feel like they completely took advantage of a 19 year old kid and had no intention of ever doing the repair. If you have any other options at all, I would NOT recommend going to RPM.

I have a high mileage vehicle that broke down outside of town. Rpm was the only place that I could find to tow it. I made sure to communicate that I wanted to be called with the diagnosis and price. Bad alternator and not a bad price. But then when I got the call to pick it up there was some very small stuff added on and the price went up! I went un and talked to them and explained myself and talked to them in a kindly matter instead of blowing up like I felt like doing. They honored their original pricing, Which surprised me. Only thing that I recommend if you are going to use them make sure it's on an appointment bases they are very busy but all around good ?

Towing service sucks, overpriced, if you can get them to show up. Extremely unreliable

This company is predatory in my opinion. The police call them to clear the roadway of accidents, then they give vague and misleading information during a high pressure situation. The end result is they seize junk vehicles from poor naive people that are under a lot of stress.
As far as I know what they're doing is legal, but not ethical. I recommend you avoid them if possible.

They were nice place clean, their expensive on their prices for towing, they had to go 7 miles if that, and charge $321.00 that's if you pay cash, it would've been more if you turn it into insurance $1,447.00 plus if you bring trailer to take vehicle home make sure you bring help to load it, they didn't help us at all, and make sure you take valuable merchandise out of vehicle, anyone can enter into lot at anytime, no fenced in area
