Install was 2 days after originally scheduled(wasted vacation day). They didn't install like we discussed causing them to cut my antenna coax, track mud across my carpet and poked the cable up randomly through the floor. Brought this up to them twice and was told sorry but no offer to reimburse even a percentage of the installation fee, which had to be paid ahead of time. Also, returned the router because it kept shutting off (had to wait in the parking lot for half an hour because the office was locked). Here's to hoping they credit my account. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed with the caliber of customer service they have provided us. Hopefully you have a better experience.

Nothing but problems since Liberty Communications took over. For some reason, the internet is constantly loading (despite resetting everything), and this is just a movie playing, nothing else using it. They charge a fee to pay with card now. Their system doesn't store all of your card info which is a pain for someone on the go that doesn't keep their purse with them. They also randomly changed my monthly due date.

Very slow internet. I work from home and this is not reliable. Can pay the same price at Windstream for internet that is 100x faster. Very rude customer service also, they don’t seem to care for concerns about internet and remind you about the one year contract every time there’s an issue.

They advertised free installation. Charged me $149. It worked pretty good for 3 weeks then quit. After 5 calls to their "service" team, they told me I needed a new router. I had to makea 30 mile trip to pick it up from their office. It didn't fix the problem. So after 3 more calls to the "service" they finally sent someone to fix it. It worked another week then quit again. After another 2 hours on the phone getting passed to four different people I finally just screamed and cancelled them. They suck so bad.

Terrible, terrible tech support and customer service. After leaving the company I work for stranded without internet for a week, there is still no sign of any progress being made or even any genuine, concerted effort to expedite a solution. Appalling.

Burned out 2 modems in one week. Can't get anyone to respond for repairs. 2 1/2 hours on the phone getting "escalated" and put on hold for 20 minutes between "levels". Not one person offered any solutions. Almost a week with absolutely no help. I dropped them. Wasted time. Wasted money.

Best price and quality option for my rural setting. One time I was down a weekend because multiple lightning strikes hit Friday ...at this price I don't expect 24/7 on site rapid response, in fact that is part of what put previous ISP out of biz at twice the price. Other than weekend, service response has been excellent.

Bandwidth had never been even close to "gigabyte".Service was good until this past year. Now that they have outsourced first and second line support to call centers somewhere else in the world, the service had been terrible. An outage earlier this year took 2 days. Now I have another on a Sunday and they're saying they will get back to me in 1 "business day".I'd like to switch to the local competitor but their ratings are not any better.

We had issues with the other fiber provider in town, so when building our new location we decided to give Natel a try. We're so glad we did! Their prices and speeds are unmatched. We consistently receive above our quoted speeds and have yet to experience an outage! They've been prompt to address any questions or concern's we've had. Definitely give these guys a chance, you won't regret it.

Customer service is lacking. As a potentially new customer, I've had to keep on them about just checking for service/signal and now after 3 months of following up with them via email and phone calls, I'm still waiting for them to confirm if a strong enough signal was found and to get a quote for how much everything would cost. In addition to this, their their driver got the bucket truck stuck in our front yard and caused deep ruts for which there was no apology for nor plan to fix them as of yet.I'm hoping this review will reach them, not because we want their service anymore but for a plan to be in place to fix our yard since email and phone calls don't seem to work.

I live in the New York Region and in Iowa. As such broadband service is was a question for me in Iowa. Since I moved from a satellite carrier to Nate,l some years ago, the question was nicely answered.Natel's service is far superior to what I had and now superior to what I can get at my New Jersey house, which is in an urban area. As such, I now spend the majority of my time in my Iowa house using my excellent internet. Its so good I seldom need to think about internet, nor worry about it, anymore.Thank you very much Natel, and my thanks to all those very kind, very knowledgeable people working there.First rate.
