I have been waiting for 30 minutes just to get my booster shot. The person at the drop off reception was very rude and in my opinion deliberately delayed the time for me to be able to get the shot. Please address this. I am not impressed.

Don’t go here...they claimed that my doctor never sent them a script for my meds, when in fact, he had and it should have been ready and I left without my meds after calling the pharmacy twice and heading over there. I went a weekend without meds because of their error. I also picked up a prescription for someone else who had called the pharmacy to ensure the prescription would be ready and they confirmed it would be ready within an hour. An hour and a half later when I showed up it still wasn’t ready. They need some major organizational restructuring and a better system. I’ve already switched pharmacies and now she is too.

I use to get my Meds here. I noticed every time I would pick up pain meds, I would be shorted pills. Sometimes just 1-2, sometimes up to 5!! I asked about this when picking them up one day. I was told I should count them in front of them, so I did...3 pills shy!! I was then told that perhaps I would be happier at a different pharmacy! Reminds me of the movie: better living through chemistry. Needless to say, I am happier elsewhere.

Cannot consistently expect my ongoing prescriptions to be ready. Different, negative experience compared to ottumwa's Hy-Vee pharmacy experience.

For the most part, I would say I've had an alright time. However, they didn't keep my insurance on file and aren't able to get several of the meds I need, so I have had to go out of town.
