They went above and beyond for me when I ran out of yarn and they helped me start a new project. Additionally, my kitchen is stocked with their products and I’ve never had to replace anything- spatulas, roasting pan, bowls, etc.”

“This is a great establishment. Their products are beautiful, of the highest quality, and expertly made. Less expensive products are out there that may look similar, but many of Overland's products last for decades. I've found that their customer service staff works very hard to be courteous and kind. I believe they really want their customers to be happy. If there is something that isn't right about an order, they have free returns and exchanges for customers in the U.S., and they accept returns and exchanges for international orders as well (although I see that there are fees for intl. shipping and exchanging).
