They display outstanding customer service here with an array of in-demand smoking products/accessories. Prices are reasonable, too. I have become a regular because of all of the pleasant experiences at Hawkeye Smoke Shop. I also appreciate their late hours of operation for a small town.

You were able to respond and did . Yelp took it down as you and Amanda can't give 5 star reviews on your own business . I'm happy to have the opportunity to respond unlike your FB page where you deleted my review and then blocked me . Why ? So you can continue to manipulate and lie to your customers ? Your right Danny , coils go bad but.......you can't sell them that way !! AND your vape juice is in a glass case stacked one behind the other . Your employee grabbed from the back instead of the front and he mistakenly sold me the menthol juice instead.It was an honest mistake . I didn't come in being rude or demanding. Good selection, good service. Nice looking lounge area and impressive humidor space. Relaxing and friendly environment. The Billing boy was very helpful and friendly.
