This place is filled with many things to buy. They obviously have the support of the community with the many great donations they receive. You can get building supplies, furniture, appliances, and so much more. This week I came home with a super amazing sleep number bed that works perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. You never know what they might have, so go check it out for yourself.

Large selection and decent pricing for certain items. Unfortunately most items seemed to be overpriced and in rough shape.There were a small batch in each section that looked to be unsuitable for re-use by another person put out for purchase

This is a great store supporting a great cause. The stock of second hand building supplies, furniture, hardware and lighting rotated constantly. You never know what treasures you'll find. It's also a donation site for contractors who overbuy windows, electrical supplies, etc. So it's a great destination for the DIY homeowner to find just the right item for a project. It's well worth a stop but set aside some time to browse their considerable inventory.

It has a lot of items that if your on a low or fixed income you can buy it for a low price and it helps the program to buy other home fixing for other projects I wish Ottumwa had one or two

Like others have said, the prices are too high. This week I overheard the staff discussing the eBay price lookup tool they use. Apparently they overprice everything now. And they never reduce prices. What's worse still is that the people at the counter are not nice. Don't overcharge and mistreat people. They won't come back. It is nice to support charity and recycle things but in my opinion this place is unworthy.
