Oil Change Station. No appointments. Never had to wait for long to get in. They check everything under, grease anything with a grease zert. Read any Check Engine lights and tell you what's up. And how serious it is. Price is up just like everything else. But good quick service is all I wanted, and that's what I got. Save yourself 20 bucks to do it yourself. But then you still have to get rid of old oil, and it was sub-zero outside. Well worth time and effort saved.

They have added services that I did not request. Failed to fully refill my oil. And a lot of times like this morning they were closed although the website says they are open. Another wasted trip and extra miles wasted between changes. Unfortunately I do not have much choice where to go. And they take full advantage of that..Service: Oil change

I've seen ford v ferrari and those pit crews have nothing on these guys at fesler express. It's almost like they're done even before I get there because they work on a plane of physics that we know nothing about.

I got an oil change here because I was in a pinch. They went to put a different oil in my car than I have always used (the type recommended by the VW website, my trusted mechanic, and even the dealer). I mentioned I had never used this other kind and hadn’t ever seen it recommended for my engine. They said it is recommended by Mobil so I didn’t argue because Im not a professional mechanic and didn’t want to be rude. Next day my engine got loud so I brought it to my regular mechanic today. They confirmed it was the wrong oil and had to replace it (costing me more money of course). I went to Fesler about an hour ago to let them know what happened because I wanted to see if they would offer a refund on the $100 I spent there (two days ago). I was really neutral because nothing bad had happened to my car, and even kind of shy because Im the type who can’t send back incorrect food at a restaurant. There was only one man there and he immediately started raising his voice and waving his arms around, yelling at me and being catty. I told him his yelling was confusing to me and twice asked him to stop. He denied a refund (that in itself isnt the big deal) and I asked if he’d write something down for me about why he wouldn’t refund me. At that point he walked down into the basement away from me and said “psh no I don’t have to”. Then came back up suddenly YELLING again that the oil they had put in WAS the best oil. He said he could show me on the Mobil website. I was shaken up honestly from the crazy confrontation but I said ok show me that’s fine. So he went and searched my engine and model on the site and it said what I suspected, that the top recommended oil is the one I usually use. He was extremely flustered by then so I said “ok so you’re definitely denying me a refund?” he said “yep!!” so I said alright thanks for your time, and walked to my car. He was still yelling about how they should have denied me service to begin with due to my having a Volkswagen and how they’re always trouble for them!Service: Oil change
