As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, getting my oil changed at a new place is always a little spooky. The guys at Fesler were great though! They didn't try to upsell or upcharge me, and they walked me through the process without ever making me feel dumb.

Interesting setup they have there but respect the hustle. They were fast and friendly. On the phone they said synthetic oil change was $65. Came time to pay up and it was $150. They said it was because they used Mobil 1 oil which is expensive. That’s fine just be more up front on the phone if that’s what you use. Otherwise some would call that a bait n switch!

These guys do a thorough run down on your car. They check all fluids, tires, & lights. Our car is a classic volvo, so sometimes it confuses them because it's rare, but the parts guy brings the filter within 10 minutes of us arriving & its changed within 20 minites, usually with some new light bulbs, too...our car loves to blow bulbs!

This is a great group of guys , very polite , and professional. We have been taking our Jeep here for a couple of years for oil changes, they always do a great job . In Dec 2023 , my husband had a stroke, last time we were in they noticed his walker , without saying, or dwelling on my husband's illness, they let us know they were there for us, for our automotive needs . They noticed my rear tire was real low , they politely scolded me , and told me if the low tire indicator light ever came on again , bring it to them they would put air in it for me . They said it was a hazard to ride around with that pressure that low. Today , raining hard out there , I was using my wipers , drivers side wiper kept popping off, not once, but twice . I dropped off my husband at rehab , and went to see if Fesler could help with my wiper situation . Without hesitation they were like sure , drove my Jeep in, sold me two new wipers ($15 each , which i think was an awesome price) , and put them on for free. I will take my Jeep here from now on , I value their opinion , their prices are great , the service is awesome , and those people there , there are no words , for how much I appreciate them, and their kindness.

Oil Change Station. No appointments. Never had to wait for long to get in. They check everything under, grease anything with a grease zert. Read any Check Engine lights and tell you what's up. And how serious it is. Price is up just like everything else. But good quick service is all I wanted, and that's what I got. Save yourself 20 bucks to do it yourself. But then you still have to get rid of old oil, and it was sub-zero outside. Well worth time and effort saved.

I took my 2013 Kia Optima in today for an oil change and I was very impressed with the technician that serviced my vehicle. He was very thorough. I was also impressed by the service writer.
