A friend of mine bought a washer from this store in June 2022. She has a long time health problem, and when they delivered the washer to her home she asked them to wear a Covid mask. They refused, saying that it’s their right not to wear a mask. Sears ended up canceling the sale and refunding her money. I have bought several things from this store in the past, but never again until management/ownership changes.

InitIal sales experience was great, but service after the sale is awful. Robert promised a phone call back that day, here we are four days later and still no callback.
