Mariah has always been wonderful but service has gone drastically downhill, prompting us to switch to T Mobile. I just called in for help with my closed account and was told they wouldn't help. D for phone service anf signal issues and F for new customer service.

I returned a newly purchased phone three days after purchase. The Fairfield office refused to provide a refund. A screen blemish was made visible when the screen was moistened (when dry, the screen looked perfect). Naturally I didn’t moistened the screen during my cursory examination at the time of purchase. It’s my genuine belief the phone was damaged when sold; furthermore, I belief they were aware of this. The corporate office initially assured me the local store would make the refund. When that didn’t happen, the corporate office said that they couldn’t assist me further as the Fairfield store buys up front all their Apple devices (unlike other corporate arrangements where Verizon Corporate owns the phones sold in local stores). This means the local store is motivated to push damaged product on unsuspecting customers if they can get away with it. I’m convinced that’s what happened to me. I would caution anyone to beware of buying anything from this local office without first carefully examining the item. Giving my experience, I would play it safe and buy all the post sales support so you’ll have some recourse. That of course is what they want you to do anyway so they can push defective product and if the customer returns an item, they can have the insurance company pay for it.

Great service,friendly and helpful every time I walk in, knowledgeable about what they sell whether phones or tablets or plans. Amber was helpful, and helped me get the phone I needed instead of just getting the most expensive option, she showed me options and knew the features of all models she showed and the trade offs.

One month ago Keirston and Mariah helped me move into a new phone. That was the best service I'd ever had from Verizon. Until now. That new phone was defective and once proven to be so,had to be replaced - at the very end of the 30 exchange period. Not only were they able to do it but moving the data yet a second time from a defective phone was even more demanding. Their process and determination was awesome! Six stars for service!

KEIRSTON is excellent at her job at Verizon. She’s trustworthy and patient with her customers. She explains things and cares that you understand what she says. Her ability to multitask amazes me. You’re fortunate to have her working at Russel cellular.

Great help from girl at counter, but she was very overworked and needed another person to help others!This time she had help, and again was very nice and helpful.I'm going back to see her in Aug when my contract needs attention.I live in Iowa City, Iowa and the only customer service store is in Coralville Iowa (suburb of IC) and though there are plenty of employees, the place is chaotic. They need a receptionist so someone at least acknowledges your presence. It's common to wait an hour before anyone talks to you. If you just want to buy something and go, there's nothing you can do but wait. I just buy elsewhere, or wait till I can get to Fairfield.
