The welcoming culture starts with all of the phenomenal coaches, and reflects in the receptiveness that is show to new member from existing clientele. They create an environment and fitness program that is second to none!

Boom is undoubtedly one of my greatest joys when visiting Fairfield. The coaches are motivating and supportive, and the other members feel more like a team or family. I love the comprehensive HIIT workouts that are efficient and challenging enough to make real gains. Always a pleasure to engage at Boom!

Boom fitness is an incredible gym and community. I have been coming to Boom the past two years, and it has helped shape me into the person I am today. Boom has given me so many opportunities, and meeting my second family. If you are at all interested in stopping by, do it. The coaches will greet you with open arms, and help you reach the goals you always dreamed of. The environment is all about being there for one another, through the successes and challenges. The coaches are very knowledgeable and just amazing humans. This gym is for anyone, come join the family.

if you're looking for gym that creates a family and makes you physically and mentally stronger every day, Boom is the place to go. Ti, Tanell, and all the other coaches will take you from who you are as an athlete (even if you aren't one) to where you want to be and they will do it in a way that you love. Boom Fitness helped me find myself; as an athlete and as a person. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I started at Boom Fitness in 2012. It was my first time working out after taking 3 years off due to a knee injury. Boom helped me to rehabilitate my knee through functional fitness and I am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been in my life.

I have been working out at Boom for many years now. As a a 50+ Year old woman I can say that Boom has had a life changing impact on me. Not only because of the physical changes but the mental ones. Due to the coaches at Boom I know I am strong, fit and able to live the quality of life I want. A weight loss mindset I had for my whole life has changed. Yes you can achieve your weight loss goals at Boom. But Boom coaches have taught me to also look beyond the scale and my appearance. I judge my fitness by my health and functional abilities that will last a lifetime. Boom is the place to achieve your goals with knowledgeable enouraging coaches and a great atmosphere. I love Boom! I've been a member for more than a year now, and am noticing so many benefits in my life from the workouts. I feel stronger, healthier, and happier. The coaches are really knowledgeable and friendly, and they always offer easier alternatives to the daily workouts. I love going to classes with my sister and husband. The workouts are tough but fun, and it's over in less than an hour! Becoming a member is a great way to connect with the community and get your sweat on.

Boom has had such a prolific impact on my life. It may sound a bit dramatic to suggest that just a few workouts a week could have such a great influence but it's a true story. I started Boom in my late twenties as a dare, when I felt like my high level fitness years were behind me, and I considered 'working out' more of a basic life-survival-necessity then a passion. Boy was I wrong! Now, almost two years later, Boom has become one of the most enriching and positive self-care acts of my daylight hours. Beyond fitness, Boom has gifted me with a community of supportive and like-minded people, a stress relieving super power and a deep appreciation for my personal strength. I have never been so aware of all my body was capable of and the joy I would find in sharing those boundary breaking experiences with a team people. The trainers at Boom are compassionate and skilled. They are quick to support you and can easily tailor a workout for an injury or physical sensitivity. Thank you to Boom for the millions of sweaty, tearful, joyous moments. To many more ahead!

Boom has changed my life. I've mostly been interested in staying healthy, but working out by yourself just is not the same. Boom makes health and fitness a community. Going to workout with your friends becomes an easy and desirable choice. And the coaches do a truly excellent job on safety and technique. If you want to start feeling strong, feeling energetic, and focused, give boom a few weeks and you'll be hooked.
