“I was recently in "damsel in distress" mode as I traveled several hours with my four-year-old in the rain when, naturally, my driver's side windshield wiper blew completely off. Called ahead and the gentleman said he would have the wiper kit ready and even put it on for me (I have a tall vehicle) as soon as I arrived. No joke, I was in and out in 2 minutes. Wonderful experience!”
