I pay a little more for my policy than bigger companies but he has been getting me great deals. I recently had a claim with a deer and I only had to log the claim on the app and send photos of the damage in an email. Other than that and delivering my car to a company of my choice for am estimate he's been handling it which is not like other companies I've had in the past

Scott Krause is awesome!! He must have been a rockstar in his past life sometimes his hands are tied but when they're not he will do what he can do,, besides being very knowledgeable and polite he can really get things done and check up on things for you and he knows how to talk to the home company in your favor also,,, I'll never understand deductibles or depreciation but Scott good at explaining things and calming me down when necessary LOL
