Would not recommend. Ordered a replacement screw advertised as "universal fit". The screw arrived and did not fit because it was shorter than the original screws. Customer service was rude and refused to admit their mistake despite this issue being brought to their attention in the past.

After ordering 2 small parts ($12) to repair my Leer cover, the package was lost by post office during shipment. I contacted Truck Outfitter Plus and asked if they could assist. A few days later a new package arrived with my parts. They went out of their way to make sure I received my order. Considering it was only a small order I was impressed with their commitment to service. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others. Thanks again.

Bought a used topper for my 2015 Nissan Frontier…Drove from out of state to pick it up…They removed my tailgate cap and replaced it..Put on topper and ran wiring in 40 minutes..Perfect fit for my truck,great price and service above and beyond….Lots of truck accessories at this shop…Worth the drive..Thanks

Ordered a bug shield with "Fits your model: 2013 Nissan Armada 4 Door". This didn't fit, it was 3 inches short on each side to cover the hood. Their customer service told me it is supposed to be that way and they are making me pay for the part that, by design, doesn't fit.

Needed a replacement bottom seal for the hatch on my A.R.E. Topper for my 2008 GMC Sierra. Truck Outfitters item was a perfect replacement. Removing the original required opening pinch points on either end of the hatch rail placed there by the mfr to hold the old seal in place - just a quick tip. The replacement slid in easily and doesn’t slide from side to side. Tight fit. Good value. Super fast delivery.

Truck Outfitters sent me a new handle for my ARE camper top but the screws didn't fit. Called to ask for new screws but they refused! Asked for a refund on inept materials and they refused!! They kept insulting me and my over 40 years of building homes by saying I didn't know how to screw the screws in and they'd send me a video. If this is the way this company runs their business, I'd suggest people go else where.

I purchased an Extang tonneau cover for my new 2019 Ford F150 in August 2019. On the way home the cover came loose and was flopping in the wind. My thought was that they did not get it latched properly so I latched it, I thought, and went on home. I did not use the truck much during the Winter. In March 2020 I was on my way to Des Moines it came loose again. There was a very strong NW wind and the cover actually put dents in the top of the cab. I took it back to Truck Outfitters to have it looked at. The mechanic refused to look at it. I asked the sales clerk why and she said I had offended him by saying there was something wrong with the part or his work. I looked to see if I could find the problem and discovered that the tail rail was bent so that the right side latch would not engage. I was able to straighten it out well enough to work for a while but now it will not latch again. What a great way to treat customer that spent over $1000 in accessories. My mistake was not going back immediately.
