Absolutely adore coming here, yes it might be a smaller bank but they all work so hard to make you feel so at home and help with any of your needs.

They always seem so disorganized, like nobody knows for sure how things work. Also horribly unfriendly. Nobody smiles and they act like it's a pain to have to wait on you.

Too rigid with their polices, even when you have been a member for many years. Unfriendly environment and attitudes. I will be finding a new bank very, very soon.
