Employees are very very rude. They never wanna answer the phone when I call. Store is very dirty. Trying to get anywhere with the manager might as well forget it.

Boxes everywhere with some stacks blocking aisles. Been like this for months. Ive gone to this store and seen paper on the door saying they arent open that day or closed at noon more than Ive actually been able to shop there.

the dollar general store in Evansdale Ia is nasty and dirty, you cant even get down most isles because they have carts there of stuff to put away! It has been the same for at least 2 weeks, I don't know if not enough staff, hire someone 3rd shift to put stuff away, how can you make sales if customers cant even get down the isles.Please, please, this store needs some help.I did not want to even give it 1 star but couldent post without marking one.

This lady work at Dollar General didn't want to return my item till after I paid for my items. Then wanted me to do a refund. When my Dad told her she could return the item cause we hadn't paid yet. She was rude and asked my Dad if he wanted to come behind the register and do it himself. From what I've learned working in retail the customer is always right. Also you don't tell a customer to come behind the register and do it themselves. I will not return to that store again and I will post reviews about this store in other places and call corporate.
