I have the monthly membership and for the second day in a row I scanned the QR code and get the error “Paystation is out of service” very irritating when you pay for a service that I haven’t even been able to use once.

I was at the car wash today to use the automatic wash. ... Of course it took my debit card but i recieved no wash. I call the number to report it to get a refund and no one answers the phone. The cancel button on the machine did not even work. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I went to Festival Car wash to get ice of explorer roof. First change machine took my 5 dollars ...no change , figured it was froze went to a second machine put in another $5 got back $3.50. Things are getting better, the card reader , thought it would run 10 minutes like the sign says but it keeps going so another nine fifty. That was probably operator error.
