Very impressed with Mike's knowledge of phones. He was very patient with my indecisive thoughts on a new phone. He showed me options and prices. And when I made my decision he guided me on what I needed to keep my phone safe... He even showed me how awesome the camera is. Very pleased with my purchase.

the absolutely worst store and customer service ever. I will drive to the next city over rather than dealing with this store. when trying to get my daughters phone taker care of i was told first that it would cost me 10$ which i was ok with but she quickly changed it to 30$ and told me that in this store its 30 and she misspoke. Apparently if i go through the website i can get the same thing done for 10$ while she is going to charge me "commission" for coming into the store and getting help. I then was speaking with my husband and she started to get rude with me and then said if i didn't like it i didn't need to come to her store. I expressed that i honestly didn't like their store (this is not the first negative experience i have had with them) and she promptly got angry, ruder and then hung up on me. How this store has remained open i will never know

If I could, I would give the Verizon worker five stars and Verizon the company 1 star. The individual that helped me was superb. She stayed after, explained options, and helped me troubleshoot my phone. All while being solo in the store and helping two other customers.I'm not proud to admit it, but I was not the politest of persons upon entering. She remained cool, calm, and professional. This woman is a rockstar, Verizon...not so much.Verizon feedback:Why would you have me verify my account my texting my broken phone ffs?! Make email an option, duh.

My son and I were in the store with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 14 outright, along with accessories and an insurance plan. He wanted to spend time on the phone, comparing its refresh rate, sound, settings etc. The blonde haired woman at the counter seemed to take issues with the fact he wanted to play with the phone, asking him what he was doing, telling him he wasn’t allowed to test certain things in the phone etc and gave us the impression she didn’t want him looking at it period. We left to buy the phone somewhere else. I worked for Apple for over 5 years, both in the store and in Corporate roles with AppleCare. These sample phones are meant to be played with, run through their paces and experimented with. After all, how do you know I’f you want to buy it if you can’t test it? I would NEVER recommend buying a phone or a plan from this store. They aren’t a Verizon store, they’re an independent retailer that carries Verizon. Buy your phone from the manufacturer and purchase your plan online directly from the provider. You’ll get less attitude, better service, and as a customer, you’ll have a better experience than working with people who care for nothing other than to take your money. There is no customer service here and they care nothing for your customer experience.
