I moved to Estherville in 2008. I have banked at Northwest Bank since then. I have two accounts there. One is a Trust in my deceased fathers name. The Trust could have been a nightmare, but J.S., who always works with me, has made it a not bad experience at all. She is so knowledgeable and patient with this old woman. She also helped me with my Mothers accts after she passed. I moved to Lone Tree Iowa in 2018 and left both accounts at NW Bank. They will forever be there. I have never had any problems with the bank or staff. NW Bank employees and especially J.S., you know who you are, you are the best. Excellent customer service. Thank you Thank you

I dont even know where to begin..My mother and I moved to Estherville in 2015 transferred her banking to this bank I can't count how many times they had either taken money and/or charges they shouldn't have the final straw is a phone call without any notice they were freezing her account on Wednesday February 1 2023 we went to meet with I'm assuming was the manager who was condescending and she took it upon herself to be a judge and jury on a dispute with a local merchant to make a long story short I'm in the process of filing with the attorney General over this totally illegal and inappropriate action and will never have any dealings with this bankA bank should ALWAYS have their customers best interests and protect you from people taking advantage of you Northwest Bank failed miserably on every level furthermore I'm assuming there is a reason why there is no drive up person instead you must use a machine to do your business.STAY AWAY!!
