I went here only to get Casey's cold coffee and cigarettes. They only had one flavor on the coffee, vanilla. It wasn't what I wanted but I wasted money buying two. After I got home and had already taken a drink from one I noticed they were expired by multiple days. Both bottles were poured down the drain and were a complete waste.
The lady working at the counter has no clue about cigarettes, which is strange considering it's one of the main things they sell. She tried to give me a pack that was totally smashed on the corner. When I asked for a different pack she gave me full flavor instead of lights.
If a store is selling expired drinks and smashed cigarettes then they just don't care, and if they don't care then they don't deserve your business. Kwik Star is right across the street, it's bigger, cleaner, better staffed and has more options that are not expired. Do not waste your time or money at Casey's. ?

The gentleman that was working in the kitchen making Pizza the evening of 8/11/2023. You my friend are AMAZING! We get Caseys pizza once a week at another location and tonight's was the best we have had in a very long time! We will choose Estherville Caseys from now on. Rockstar for sure!

Purchased Italian sub at location. Sandwich was incorrectly made and had included extra ingredients not listed on packaging. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway so you know what you're getting and avoid this store.

The cashier was very friendly. This is the first caseys I've ever been to were anyone has said "yes ma'am". The store is very clean and all the breakfast food looked hot and fresh.

Constantly out of standard items, such as tobacco, certain sodas, bread for their subs. Its not just an occasional thing, its all the time. I've lived a half a mile away for over a year and more times than not have to drive across town to get what I want. They have a huge turnover in employees as well, only 2 or 3 regular, always someone new. After today I will not spend another dime in this store. Not sure if its just horrible management or employees but this store "Sucks".

Came in there last night to get some drinks and snacks (around 4:30pm). The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Showed no interest in the customer and had an attitude in everything she said. My husband went in after me for some snacks and she basically threw his change at him. I'm not sure what was bugging her that day, but I sure hope she's ok now and nobody else has to be treated that way.
