I visited at 12:18pm and really the only place fast to grab a bite of food for the road, and only 1 slice of pizza in the warmer.

Was standing in line and the lady behind the counter started raising her voice in front of customers towards one of the employees. Very unprofessional scolding your employees in front of customers. Customer service was terrible. Don’t give your customers a hard time cause you’re upset.

9-25-2022Stopped in at 12:15 with my wide. There was no pizza out at all so we didn't get any food. Then we tried to get iced coffee. We got 1 cup and tried to get a second cup and it was out. We asked the women in the kitchen if she would be able to change it. She was extremely rude. She said she had no time to help us at all. So in the end I didn't get food or a drink. I will just avoid this place from now on.

Cash registers not working right but cashier's handled it calmly, quickly, and effectively. Love this place .

10-9-21 Emmetsburg Caseys, 10:30am and no breakfast burritos but the pictures are plastered all over the windows. NO ketchup packets for to go, no hot sauce either, I guess mayonnaise and musterd is good enough. Other than that it was probably a shift change so the workers should watch what they say and don't yell back and forth across the store because there shift is over, management???
