Very disappointed with this place i drove all the way for 5 hours to find out that half of the truck is not working, gages out, can't get to the computer, can't lock the hood this place is a joke

Had a truck bought from them, purchase agreement signed and check in the mail. Over the weekend when paperwork was in the mail they sold it out from under me. Wish I had read other reviews before driving 5 hours one way to check out a truck I had been on the search for over 3 months. Was the right color, right engine, right transmission and was paying over the asking price! When I called the salesman Adam had no logical response, since I told him an hour after driving the truck I would take it. When I talked to Larry his only response was "the truck is gone" and he hung up on me. I have all the corresponding emails to prove these claims. Beware of bad deals and poor customer relations!!Reply: I emailed your salesman Adam 1 hour after driving the truck and told him I would take it and we would iron out the details. I wasn't going to pick it up for almost a month but told him I would send a check ASAP so it could clear and the repairs could begin. Your just a crooked business with no respect for your customers. Check other reviews, I'm not the only one with problems dealing with these guys. Wish I had done it sooner myself.

Bought a Freightliner Cascadia from here. Nice looking truck. Had a few mechanical issues that their well trained mechanics took care of. They treated me very fairly on the repairs. Friendly staff and employees.

I have a friend that purchased a Kenworth truck from this business that supposedly had a reman engine with warranty. He ran the truck 3 months and the engine went down and had it tore down and found that the engine had been rigged and not properly built. This company will not return his phone call. Maybe it’s because he lives a few states away but don’t be surprised if he don’t drive back to Iowa to pay them a visit. Not a way to do business karma will catch up with this bunch. Buyers beware

Wouldn't even give them one star but it doesn't give you any other options. Adam is a out and out lier, will not return calls when you finally get to talk to him he lies. We bought a Kenworth from them and had to have a complete new motor 3 months late after them telling us they had just rebuilt the motor and said it had warranty.......it might if you could ever get the truth from them.
