I was delivering eggs in Iowa, and I was told by the broker to use this place for the washout before I delivery. When I arrived there there was nobody there except outdated machine, and I washed my truck there never got a receipt from the scanner, went up to deliver my eggs. The lady told me where is her receipt. I told her that I don’t have the receipt because they are probably out of paper and never got the receipt. She sent me to different truckstop to get my trailer washed, which was Further than 50 miles away then I went again to get it delivered while I hand up waiting till Monday to deliver that load so this place cost me extra miles to go get my tractor washed before of the delivery and also never received a receipt for a $90 washout in automated machine called the place for four days straight. Keep getting a answer machine to leave the message sofor all my fellow truck drivers do not use displays to wash your trailer or tractor

Thank you for the DIY dog wash right next door to the truck stops!!!! As a long haul truck driver, I can tell you more of them are needed. I had my truck and trailer washed yesterday so I could pick up eggs (required). I swung back through to wash my dog this afternoon. Again, thank you!

I use the self-service side when I was finished the meter said $10.70 my card was charged $53.50 that was 14 days ago and I still have not had my balance adjusted where is my money

If you care about your truck use this place. I used self serve side and washed truck and trailer for 36.75. You do it yourself so you don't worry about guys beating up your truck. I'll be back!

Went to get my truck washed, pulled up and guy come out and ask for tractor only and said the manual one is for tractor only, just lazy I guess but been here b efore and never ask to go to the manual before

I went to get my truck and trailer washed and guy told me they have only self service wash opened. I guess he was just being lazy to do his job.
