It’s a gas station selling gas station stuff. Eat from the hotbox take your chances but that goes for any gas station food. Drinks are cold.

Never did I ever think that I’d take the time to review a gas station but this Kum & Go has been my comfort stop on the way from Waterloo to Des Moines the past year and a half. I love that I can rely on them to have healthier snacks in stock in addition to my sugary cravings. Seriously love the rebrand, the falafel sandwich, the staff, the lactose-free options, all of it! I’ve even been able to buy a last minute birthday present for my nephew here ?.

This is a unique style of a Kum & Go. The inside has been renovated as well as the exterior. The staff here are friendly. The food warmer when I came only had 2 pepperoni pizza slices left so I took the rest and they did say that they would make more. The fountain had Goji Citrus, but The Hawaiian Punch was getting really low and should’ve been put out of order with a sign. The Exterior is not like anyother Kum & Go I’ve been to. Exterior is like a mix of old and new like the brown part with windows which reminds me of the Coralville (1st Ave) Kum and go and the brown brick with the white is unique to me. I hope this Kum & Go continues to be a great spot to go to in the future. -Shy_Gun670

Needed fuel.Didn’t explain to me system was down for EFT and a reboot was in progress. Left card so the knew I would pay. Never told me the needed to run it for pre payment. Went back in to get card and accidentally hit something, Was told not to come back.

Wonderful make fresh counter. Asked about an allergen and they immediately called to find out. Found their allergen menu quickly found food I could eat and also has 4 high quality microwavable gluten free meals in the station. Will make it a point to stop here again on our journey it's so share I can eat good food on a road trip!
