Went through the auto wash, left alot of what i thought was dirt on the car. Went in and talked to them. They washed my car by hand and refused to take anymore money. It wasn't just dirt, the gentleman said it seemed like tree sap. Still completely hand scrubbed my car. Great customer service. Thank you

I pulled into the self truck wash and used my debit card when I was done washing my truck and I hit the stop button it said it said my card was charged a little more than $20 but when the credit card receipt came through my bank it was $56.50, and when you call the number it goes straight to voicemail you leave a message no one calls you back you text and no one texts you back, they should shut businesses like this down, and not allow them to be in business, as far as I'm concerned it's basically fraud, people that prey on other unsuspecting people for money should be punished, and after reading the other reviews, it seems that everyone that goes here gets screwed, so everyone needs to know and just quit going there so they can go out of business and then maybe someone legitimate can buy the place and run it in a fair way

If you're washing a big truck, this place is a total waste of time and money. The hose in the manual side is not long enough to wash out the interior of a trailer. The automatic side did not give a receipt for the $85 truck and trailer wash so I can't be reimbursed. And on top of that, it did a good job of soaping up the truck and trailer, but then there was no rinse at the end. With no attendant on duty, there is absolutely nothing you can do except call a number that goes to voicemail.

I went for a pet wash, paid with my credit card it charged me over $15 CAD and the machine never started. I have called the phone number over 5 times and no response. Nobody there to help with the situation either. What a fraud

Truck wash took 90 cash With no receipt. Receipt required for receiver. Used my card for an additional 90 . So 180 to basically get a 60 second rinse. Dispatch from broker said to use this place. Then doesn't want to make it right on the ripoff. I'm smelling collusion.

This place was so bad I would not even take my dog there for a bath before I even left the washbay. I was pointing out places that they need to wash and their answer was we leave here at 5 o’clock and we do not get paid extra so I can run it the manager And his reason was that would probably be a lot of scrubby On the hood of my truck on the breather

For $99 all I basically got was a rinse. There is still grime all over my truck, aluminum looks bad, not a good place for the price and quality of the job.
