Alpine Communications delivered a great product. What is outstanding about Alpine Communications is the great employees they have. All people I had contact with from the performed far above expectations and surpassed all other internet providers I have ever dealt with.

Best internet provider in the area. Was having issues with Mediacom being down all the time so switched to Alpine. Haven't had a single outage yet. Also when most companies say the speed you pay for is up to that speed alpine stands behind their speeds often delivering slightly higher than what you pay for. Switching to them is by far the best decision I've made.

Tech took time to walk me through steps to fix problem. Received follow up call early next day to make sure situation was fixed. Very friendly every time I have called.

We live 20 minutes from Alpine and are almost always fighting to get our TV to stream at all times of the day. We were told we could pay 100 dollars for a wifi booster that only "may" help and that beyond that there was nothing else they could do.

Having issues with my internet. When I called was told it was upgraded to a level two and would be contacted by Alpine. Two days later still no contact and now we have no internet. This time when called was told it was upgraded to a level two again. I called alpine direct and spoke with representative. Was told I would be transferred to a tech that was there looking at the two tickets. Sent directly to voicemail. Not the customer service I would expect from a small town business.

It would be nice that we only sign up once for auto-pay. Signed up several months ago just to realize tonight that we are behind on payments, and subsequently got cut off. My husband was even in the Alpine office in person setting up the auto-pay service, only for it to not work. So we will probably get hit with a reconnect fee because their services are faulty and unreliable. Such a massive inconvenience for trying to make a convenience.
