Was so simple to set up and rent a unit! Clean , very well lit area. I felt very safe on my own going at any of the hours if operation . Move out was simple ! I will definitely rent a unit from them again in the future !

I really loved storing my RV here! Jamie's customer service is superb. He maintains his facilities very well. Rates are priced right and fair. Easy access to your units and did I mention that Jamie is great! I will be storing my RV here every winter season now.

This is forever my storage solution in Iowa. First time customer and I could not be happier with the service that Jamie provided. Very professional and courteous. Great customer service. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The facility and storage units are immaculate and for me 100% pest free. The rates are fair and I love the auto payment. I can't say enough good things about this place.

When we got our very first storage unit it was only meant to be temporary unit we moved to a bigger house with more room but honestly due to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I don’t think we plan on letting go of our unit regardless when we need it anymore or not. We have moved to 3 different units each time going bigger and it was been nothing but smooth and amazing customer service from Jamie. He is very quick to respond with concerns and issues are ALWAYS taken care of within 24 hours. I highly recommended this storage unit and plan to be a long time customer. We got one of the new large units recently built and we are very happy with it! This is the place if you need a unit from the security to the cleanliness of the lot to the outstanding customer service, nobody can beat that!

You won’t find a better person to work with than Jamie. I changed units due to needing a bigger one and he made it easy and met me there when it was easy for me. His units are spotless and secure. You can’t go wrong with Iowa Storage Solutions. A+++

Great customer service! Called few other places and couldn't even get a call back. I called Iowa storage solutions and got response immediately. I was in need of storage unit and set up process was easy and quick. Pricing is also competitive. Highly recommend Iowa storage unit for all your needs!
