I only wish I could rate these folks with negative numbers. That is what they deserve. I’ve been in the trucking business since 1981. In those 39 years I have NEVER encountered an organization as deceptive as Harrison. I bought a 3 year old used glider from them. They misrepresented the engine, claiming that it was pre 1999. The entire experience was horrible. The truck had issues upon my leaving the lot with it. They stood behind 0% of these problems. I would have traded back but they refused. Their answer was for me to purchase a new truck from them. Meanwhile I continued to have problems.If one of my trucks broke down in from of one of Harrison’s stores I would have it towed. Seriously.This is the most underhanded, dishonest, group of individuals I have EVER dealt with.Absolute bottom feeders. Not once has anyone ever reached out to try and rectify any portion of this disaster. Two locations were involved, hence the two reviews. Mail me a check for 10 grand, that’s 35 less than what I lost on this deal. You have my address I’m sure. If not do a past business search on your customer base and key in sucker. I’ll come up.If you seriously want to address this. Call me I will give you a shot since it’s under new ownership. ???Why did you delete your response ?You wanted me to delete my review but no one has ever contacted me to try and resolve anything ??Crickets…

Had one of our trucks get a radiator replaced here. Took us in right away. Did a very good job and in a timely manner. Also great communication. Looking forward doing business again. Thank you!

Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I went in for a check engine light. Was there for over 9 hours and they couldn't give me a straight answer on what was being done to my truck.Kept on giving me the run around.Handing me off to the next person that had no answers. They said they were running a diagnostic for 9 HOURS and still couldn't give me an answer to what was wrong with the truck. Finally I said I'd go else where they still gave me a bill for 654.54 without telling me what was wrong and what they did. I advise you to never go there and think they should be reported to the BBB. Never again.

These people like to scam a lot , Brought my truck in 3 times for a coolant sensor issue , problem isn’t fixed still. Also tried buying a new side signal light , He tried selling it for $75 then said he can lower the price , Lowered it to $50 ,same light Online is going for $23 . I also had some credit on my account and they said I can’t use it . That I had received a check which I never did. Watch out for these people , Karma sucks for whoever is working here and likes ripping people off .

DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE!The worst mechanic shop I’ve ever been to.Had my truck and driver hostage for 8+ hours, every time we called in no one knew what was going on.After 8 long hours still no diagnosis and charged us $650 after we told them stop working on our truck that we are taking it else where.Waste of time and money! Go somewhere else!

I had a terrible experience with the staff at this facility. They were rude and the service was not up to par for companies in this industry. The staff makes promises it can’t keep and aren’t honest. All around bad experience, do not do business with them.

I am a truck driver that had a load delivering in 2 areas of Iowa ( Cedar Rapids & Waterloo). I had experienced some problems with truck that weekend. Had it check out over weekend an also on Mon. and two shops couldn’t detect problem. I was referred in going to a Freightliner Shop by last shop due to me operating a 2022 Western Star. The nearest one was in Elk Run Heights. When arrived to Truck Center Companies in Elk Run Heights, I was warmly greeted an ended having to stay the whole week. Everyday I was greeted and treated like part of the family all around and even in the lounge area which is kept very clean organized. The facility is very accommodate able to drivers. Despite problems had with truck they made it durable for me to stay over night in truck until truck was 100% fixed. I highly recommend that if you are ever in area go to this company, cause they have outstanding service and treat you like family and also take pride in resolving issues with truck. Jason in the shop was absolutely so amazing and helpful. He knew so much and went above and beyond to help us. Everyone was so nice, from the parts department to service. We will definitely be back if we need to repair our freightliner again.

Went in to go get the trailer brakes looked at to see if they needed to be replaced and yes they did they also noticed the seal was also cracked and they let me know about it and they fixed it also they were very quick on doing the job Mechanic that was on duty on the weekend was also very friendly can you show me that they had a Showers on top microwave coffee if I needed to take a shower also they had available and he said if I needed to do any laundry that they had a laundry mat as well but he was very helpful overall service was great Tori was a cashier thank you very much and everything you did for me

Great people. Friendly and courteous. Time for repair was longer than originally estimated but that’s why it’s called an estimate. Would definitely come here again for repairs if needed.
