Fast loading, friendly staff, plenty of room to maneuver. Not hard to get to or out. Got to watch beautiful sunset while I waited. Checked in at 6:05 was out by 7:15.

it's hard to get a load from here, they take a lot of your time, don't come to get a load, it's too very very slow slow

Pickup is horrible, checked in at 11:45am, now is 5:25 pm, still loading.

Check in is easy, big signs that are easy to read, Arrived 1hr and 30mins early for appointment, given dock, and was out around my appointment time. No complaints here

Had a pickup scheduled for 5:00 pm. Didn't feel like driving all night so called to see how early I could get loaded. They said to head on over and they'd load me. It was 9:00 am.

As the other reviews have stated it does take awhile to get unloaded. For delivery you get a door but will wait.The workers take constant breaks but I noticed after 12pm they start unloading and a bunch of LTLs come in.So I’m thinking that’s when they start working.They do have a break room and the ladies up front well were nice to me. So it’s all up to their mood.

Wasnt unloading long here. They have bolt cutters if you need them. Theres vending in the driver check in area.

One star cause can't post if I don't at least add one night and morning front receiving desk people are rude they give you a face like you owe them money 1st shift warehouse personnel lazy rude check in at 6am appointment at 12pm unloaded till 10:30pm only thing good is they have restroom and vending machines only one nice person I met when I got unloaded at night from second shift worst place ever never again

Everybody was extremely nice and courteous! They also rescheduled me for an earlier delivery time. Thank you for the fast unload!

We’ll all what the negative review say are true. 3-4 hrs to load wastes the drivers time. Clearly they do not care about the drivers.

Verry bad experince had my appointment at 12 noon and didnt get unloaded until several hours later guy in fork lift was playing around and wasnt doing his jobNo good service neigther in the office

Very bad experience. People at office are rude they don't care about driver. Was here for live unload they returned that they were booked up just for 6 pallets. I came back next and the office told again that I don't have an appointment so they can walk me in but it gonna take longer.I kept running my reefer and waiting.I even missed my next load I had to cancel it.

5 stars because my appointment was at noon and they put me in a door at 9:30am, overnight parking and restroom.
