Just amazed how the ladies ( DD and PJ) at this company still have jobs. The worst customer service I’ve experienced ever!!!! Rude on the phone, won’t replace missing parts and had attitude overall!

Terrible customer service. Our order came missing a part and they won’t replace the missing part making us buy the replacement. PJ in the office was not helpful at all

If you want deal with pleasant people, go elsewhere. The phone rep ("DD") who answers most calls is extremely rude and condescending in the way she talks to customers. I called with a very simple question about measuring netting, yet she would not answer my question, and instead just repeated "just send pictures" then just hung up on me.

Ordered sleeves for my pickleball poles and they sent me the wrong size. My poles do not fit properly in the sleeves. They refuse to replace or refund me unless I pay to ship them back. They are actually trying to deny the fact that they sent the wrong sleeves.
