Adrian was so kind and helpful in getting everything lined up and made sure it was going to be a smooth process. Dan was equally as amazing! He communicated with me every step of the way and never left me wondering where we were in the process. “I took my car to Smart Body Shop in February 2024, a 2022 Lexus IS 300 Eminent White. My car had damage from road debris and had scratches and scrapes on the front bumper in the front lower middle, front lower right, and some of the bottom of the bumper lip. Tom Brennan was the advisor at Smart Body Shop who took care of me.The body shop did a very nice job on my car. Having been a body shop employee, a detailer, and being OCD about my car, I am a very difficult customer to please or impress. I know what to look for and how. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the work this shop did. I can’t even tell that anything touched the bumper. The blending was done well, the body lines are good, and nothing additional was damaged during the work. The car was returned to me clean and complete, and it was done sooner than I expected. I was also able to pick my car up at 5:30 on a Friday, which was awesome. Tom Brennan and the staff took good care of me. Thank you to the team for treating my car as I would have treated another’s, I very much appreciate it. I would recommend this shop to others.”
