I would give it a 0 all because the guy driving would take his time with delivering the mail i didnt get my mail until 4:30 yesterday and the envolopes we all wet with soda cause it was sticky to. Need better drivers who will keep up with a time schedule and worry about peoples mail getting to them on time.
