I'd be wary lf doing business here as the owner of the business is irrational when it comes to disputes. His first step over a $48 disagreement was to threaten legal and police involvement compared a rational request of inquiring about a refund. The man is a bully, do business here at your own risk.

I recently purchased an item online from this retailer and it was fantastic. They were quick with their responses to my questions and super polite. They even went as far as to reach out to me a few days after my item had shipped to inform me they discovered it had a lifetime warranty, and to be sure to register the item. They were so polite and helpful that I tracked down their business on google to share my positive experience, rather than just leave a review on the particular site. I only wish I were closer to them so I could shop in person. Excellent experience.

They are fair & honest offering the community a huge selection of hardware & bldg. materials. The houses they build are of excellent quality. They have always supported the community financially - believe me I know. Their new showroom is going to be awesome. They really care about Earlham & it’s growth.
