The young man at the register argued with me regarding the sale of medium frozen drinks for 99 cents. He charged me regular price. When I wanted the mistake corrected to get the sale price, he told me all sorts of excuses for not being charged the correct SALE price (advertised both on the front door and outside on the front wall's billboard). He told me that specials end (no end date is listed on the door), that the register rang it up at regular price (he's running the register), that it wasn't that big of a deal (30 cents, sure not a big deal, but it's the principle of it), that it was for a medium (the size is printed ON the cup) drink (and a medium is what I had in my hand), and that I had to buy a soda to get that price (totally not the case). Basically, he wanted to get out of the extra work to make it right and wanted me to just go away. NO, I will not just go away! Needles to say, I'm still a little irritated at him and the situation.

Got overcharged around 4 dollars. they said they couldn't refund me because they didn't know how to.Three employees and none of them knew how to refund my money. One of them got on the phone to call around and ask someone else how to refund money. Four dollars is not a lot, but you would think it would be a simple fix. I got frustrated and left because I didn't have all night to wait around until they found a knowledgeable employee. I always use Casey's for gas and other items. I will bet that they would have figured out how to handle it if I would have walked out with $4 worth of merchandise without paying. Going to make it a point not to stop there. Not a delivery, it was an in store purchase.

Almost always great service. Excellent pizza, cheese sticks and pork tenderloins.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is on the menu.

This is an out of the way Casey's gas station a mile south of the 80 freeway in Earlman, Iowa. I needed a quick gas stop and decided this 'off the beaten path' stop was warranted. The female cashier was oblivious to anyone who walked into the store. The fresh food on display didn't appear to be fresh in my opinion. I would recommend waiting an extra few minutes and locate another gas station visible off the 90 freeway instead of going to this remote and unfriendly place.

If you’re getting anything here, make sure it’s only gas. I stopped for gas, a drink & few snacks. The pizza was probably out for a while, but whatever. I drink my sweet tea & disgusting is an understatement. I come to find my sweet tea drink was expired after already pulling back onto the highway. The bottle had black at the bottom that floated when turned upside down. Routine expiration checks are not being done when restocking clearly. Expiration date 8/10/2021, purchased 9/2/2021.

Store is always dirty, ice cream machine is always out of order.Sharina is a horrible manager.Always make sure to get gas or ANYTHING ELSE you might need, THE NEXT TOWN OVER.I garenttee casey's in Earlham will be out. And the manager will just brush you off, if she's in the store and not outside smoking cigarettes.

people working at the time didn't seem very friendly which is sad considering the people in this town are very friendly and welcoming. The lady was having a conversation with a guest about hiring someone.. and kept looking at me as I was waiting for the pizza to be boxed as it was just coming out of the oven. And then stopped in the middle of her conversation to ask me if I needed something or was waiting for an order.. as if I was being rude standing there..then I told her my pizza is coming out now. And she proceeded to have her conversation.. I felt that was kinda rude.. but on a positive note, pizza was good! And it was nice and hot! Customer service is very important to me!
