Whenever you call for an appointment they are busy all the time if it is an emergency they do not attend to you even if you leave thousands of messages I have been there for years and they change often the staff gets worse and worse they should be considerate and even if one loses a day of work they still do not give you the service What do you need for your son who is a member of our family? Please do your work, it is not free, that is why you pay and it is not cheap at all.

Friendly, fair speed for how busy they were. Took our bulldog for a checkup and was done and home in 90 minutes. I'm glad we took her here.

They really seem to care about your animal. She runs lots of tests, which add up, but I like the fact she is being thorough and wanting to do everything they can to help. I believe the doctor is very knowledgeable. And I feel confident in her dignoses.

These folks are so genuinely nice, friendly and helpful people. It is very obvious that they care about your pet, just as if it were their own.They helped my MOBU when he had issues and always have his favorite food in stock every time I go there.
