Fantastic service and cars at a nice little local dealership. I called in about an older Silverado, and asked for a test drive. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the service provided. They made you feel like family, and the deal was seamless. I was able to get a heck of a deal, and I feel both parties walked away happy. I will definitely be back if I am in need of another vehicle! No need to buy from a new dealership, when the small local used lots have gems sitting on them! Highly recommended!

I drive 100 miles tonight to look at a 2001 RUST FREE Silverado. I spoke to Nate earlier in the day and he stated that he just changed a pitman arm, idler arm, wheel bearing etc on this truck. He told me it was a very clean rust free truck. Later today, I spoke to the owner of dealership who confirmed everything and after speaking with him, i drove over 100 miles with cash in hand to drive it home. Upon arrival, i saw the truck sitting outside and walked over to check it out. I looked at the rockers and cab corners, all ok. Drivers door check strap is bad, no biggie, center console latch is broke, ok, no biggie. Cigarette burns in the seat. ( i can live with it). Walk further, gas door is all rusted on the face and touched up with paint. Continue around the truck, crawl underneath and look at the frame that was freshly painted/under coated or whatever they did. Oil pan was cleaned spotless but had drips of oil that got missed. (Expected though on a truck this age). Crawl under the front more to find the passenger side front of frame has a 8 inch hole that was freshly covered up. And when I mean hole, I mean I pulled some of the thin metal and showed my friend who was with me. Without a doubt this could not have been missed as they supposedly serviced it which would require a hoist. This hole was by passenger side cab mount along bottom of frame rail. Now being in the mechanical business for 22 years, no way was it missed. And it is solid black and freshly covered. Now, GM frames get rusty with age. This truck is the farthest thing from rust free. I run a mechanic shop back home, this is utterly B.S. I called the owner and he acted surprised. Maybe he knew, maybe he didn't as he claims his son drove it for a year. I don't know, and don't care but I'm here to let everyone know their version of rust free.

Extremely unprofessional. Would not answer straight forward questions. Could not answer others. Gave inflated car values froma an unknown screenshot to some how justify charging 2 to 3000 over actual Kellys blue book value. Then gave attitude stating "I know what I have" after I disagreed. And ended the conversation by blocking me on facebook. Must not want a sale? Rude. I can get more information from a real private individuals and pay 2 to 3 thousand less and not be treated like I'm less than human. Zero stars. Great way to treat your local Iowan.
