Smaller store than some with limited items. The employees are always friendly.However, if you're looking for more variety, especially in the area of lawn care power tools, go to Webster City, Fort Dodge or Humboldt. This location carries a small selection of Echo trimmers and chainsaws but no Stihl products.

I went into this store n asked for help finding some parts. Mind u I don’t use this store often I will travel other way due to rude employees I go out of my way to a different location and I decided benefit of the doubt I would try again!!! Noooooooo so disrespectful we walked in asked for help n to show us where the lady at the register started laughing and guy we talked to said we were rude for asking for help!!!! I asked for name an number still rude!!!!

Awesome customer service. They will help you find anything even substitutes. They have to be resourceful because corporate inventory management does not understand the cost of lost sales due to inventory stock outs. Don't be disappointed if they don't have standard sizes of anything in stock. People from my town visit this hardware store a few times a day each.

Decent selection. But the female staff members working (at least when I was there both times around 1pm on a Friday or Wednesday) were extremely rude and unhelpful. Hopefully they were just in a bad mood. But just a heads up. Not much in the way of customer service or help finding things.
