The service itself is great. I however, recommend this place for the upper middle class-wealthy. My opinion is because of the optional payment plan called snap finance. Overall a very money shark oriented loaner where if you are struggling with hardship and really trying to pull through. They do not offer deferment or breathing room to get on your 2 feet if emergency happens and I was also informed that its typically,"$1000" interest added after 100 days. I paid roughly $680 before getting estimated 2.15x the amount charged as interest leading up to $2,460 left with an early buyout option of $1,100+. The service for the repair was $1500, Once again a good service but be aware of the very HIGH risk of dealing with Snap finance as a working class citizen especially during these times if you dont have a well established career or more than one income. If you do decide to go through snap finance, ask many questions and get all the details you need about the program. Especially the plans they offer. Also, important to note, snap finance had a past lawsuit (CFPB) brought against them for allegedly luring customers into expensive financing. So be aware of snap finance, not the mechanic shop itself. Thank you.

Took truck in for brakes and a loud belt. Fixed only what they needed to and didn't take advantage. Gave a great inspection and provided a ton of insight into my issues.

These guys were so kind, fair, and fast when we needed a patch. They even ordered a replacement tire to be in the shop when we arrived in case the tire couldn’t be fixed. We were in and out in no time. Saved our weekend in Dyersville! Thank you!!

They were able to get my car diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. They worked hard to find the correct part that was difficult to locate. I am very happy with the customer service they provide considering we did not meet them until I came in to get my car. I would highly recommend.
