I have been very happy with the staff and service at Auto Tech. I have been on the phone with Cliff about work that needed to be done on our personal van and our work vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Him and the entire staff are professional and the job is always done thoroughly. I also asked about body work on one of our work vans and I was given very honest advice on options I had. I highly recommend the Auto Tech for your automotive needs.

Very professional place starting with the office personnel. Brought my 2023 f450 in for service. They did not carry the oil that I use but they promptly sent someone to get my requested oil. 30 minutes tops for the whole process, including someone having to go get the oil. A plus customer service.

We were traveling And had mechanical failures on our fifth wheel. Auto TechCouldn't have treated us better.Cliff came out on Sunday morning and got it so that we could drive it to the shop. Both cliff and larry explained everything to us and ordered parts. We were able to stay in there parking lot for 3nights awaiting parts. If there was ever a good place to break down, this

This review is for my fiance Daniel. He accidentally locked his keys in his truck on his lunch break at work and I checked our insurance with Progressive and did a roadside assistance for a lock out and Progressive sent Auto Tech, Daniel stated, "Auto Tech did great and were fast at getting to my job to help me out."Definitely not disappointed, happy Progressive sent Auto Tech to assist!

The owner, the girls in the front and the mechanic are the kindest people I have met in a long time. I was really blown away by what they did for me and my family. This was my first visit to Iowa and it's beautiful and that goes for the people too. Me and my adult kids were going to the fair when my suv needed an alternator suddenly.Cliff checked my vehicle and found I needed an alternator mine had stopped charging my battery and my dash was lite up like Christmas.I was quoted a fair price and the got it done so fast then delivered it to me at the hotel.Great service thanks so much to the owner who drove me back to the hotel while it was being repaired so kind and we were able to make the fair and the concert!

Professional and honest best describes Auto Tech.As a mechanic it is a challenge to find somewhere to meet my expectations for doing what is right, and auto tech has definitely met all of my expectations, they responded to my needs within an hour, I took the car into them and Levi took the time required to explain what needed to be done and why, and the expense with a clear understanding of any variables in time in cost. As a mechanic usually a repair shop has a lot of gray area(customer trust), Levi was redefining my expectations with Clear black and white communication. to be truthfully honest, this experience was probably the first time I’ve ever dropped my car off with complete confidence they had my best interest in heart. Kudos to Levi and the team!

My vehicle broke down near Dyersville during the snow storm a couple weeks ago and I called Autotech to help. Within 40 mins I had it towed to their shop. The car ended up having major issues so I didn’t repair it, but Cliff and everyone I talked to were super patient with me with looking up prices for different options as I was considering what to do. I ended up having it towed home to part out. I can say its rare to receive such good customer service from an auto tech company. 5 stars and highly recommend!!Service: Car towing
