Terrifying that they dispense drugs.I switched to the Walgreens on JFK in Dubuque for my prescriptions. For 4 months in a row they would text me that it as ready and every single time, they could not find it when I arrived. NOW, today, they ask me to spell my name 6X, tell me I don't have an account and when they finally find it ask me how much liquid do I want? What liquid? It is pills and you are holding the bottle. Switching back to the other pharmacy. Longer drive but this is just madness.Date of experience: September 06, 2023

We went in to buy a couple of things and an employee was rude toward the lady in front of us. The customer asked if she could get her coupon printed and the employee said that the printer was out of paper. The customer, calmly and very politely, asked if they could replace the paper because they told her that the last time she was in. The employee huffed loudly and stalked away looking for a roll of paper I presumed. Then they came back, yanked the empty roll from the machine, threw (and missed) the roll into the garbage, and slammed the top with the new roll installed. They then said it wouldn’t print. The customer asked to speak to a manager. The employee rolled their eyes and huffed again, calling for a manager with a very rude demeanor. The customer was still calm and collected and told the employee that we could go while she waited. When we engaged in conversation, it seemed pretty clear that they would rather be anywhere but there. When they finished with our transaction, our coupon printed from the machine. ?

Ash Williams one of the pharmacist, steals medication and tries to sell it for herself, I’ve seen her slip pills at work, she’s also gone off on very racist tangents.

Horrible experience at this store. Went in for passport pictures for my family of five because we had an appointment for passport documentation early the next morning. The “photographer” did not take the photos correctly and two of our photos were rejected the next morning. We had to go back to the store to try again, and the next “photographer” had no idea what she was doing either. She tried several times before someone else came over to help us. I asked for and expected a complete refund given the utter incompetence and fact that we wasted about 1.5 hours on the redo process. The store refused that request. Last time I will do business there.

I cannot fathom how the pharmacy staff has a job. The worst, slowest, most unprofessional group I've ever encountered. HORRIBLE customer service

The worst pharmacy. For some reason they have two accounts for me, so I always have to fight with them about what prescription needs to be refilled, and whether or not it is covered by my insurance. They've filled the wrong prescription, only for me to not notice until getting home, then when I went back, they didn't want to refund me/fill the right prescription at no charge because the pills had already left the pharmacy so they couldn't take them back... even though it was their mistake to begin with. No one double checked?? Its all happened one too many times.

The pharmacy takes forever everytime I'm there. They never have enough help. Also, they usually don't have my prescriptions ready when they are suppose to be. Today, I've been sitting here over a half hour now and still waiting. They were suppose to refills on automatic, I've asked the last 3 times I've been here, and for some reason, no one is capable of doing that. Very dissatisfied!
