I dont normally write reviews, but the disrespect from the Walgreens pharmacy was not ok. I waited in drive through for 20mins to pull up and have the lady shut the window in my face, because it was 4:59pm. Not to mention this was the 2nd time my prescription was delayed because they were out of stock. They are rude and no respect for customers. This will be the last prescription I get there, never had so much trouble with a pharmacy. very disappointing.

I scheduled a Covid test for Saturday, and apparently they no longer work on Saturdays. Someone didn't update the system, so they let me schedule an appointment on a day no one is working, which wasted my time because Dubuque is quite out of the way for me. I'm not happy.
