UPDATE! Finally done but was not correct. They were nice and made it right. Nothing is ever ready on time. 10 days later and still not done. Tired of the excuses

I scheduled a Covid test for Saturday, and apparently they no longer work on Saturdays. Someone didn't update the system, so they let me schedule an appointment on a day no one is working, which wasted my time because Dubuque is quite out of the way for me. I'm not happy.
