Customer service was the opposite of nice ?. sure the phone wasn't turned in on time, we tried turning it in 2 days after it was due mainly cause the month was super busy and had no time to do it. But after they said to bring the phone manager in we said okay thank you and walked out, and as we were walking out the guy said “just turn it in on time next time” that about sent me over the edge. Just because someone is late doesn't mean they tried to be, they just had things to do. That doesn't give employees the right to say something like that as we’re walking out. Also to note there were 5 people in total there including us. 2 employees (maybe 3 couldn't tell if the guy in the back was an employee) so they couldn't do anything about it? I just think it was rude customer service.

Already been in store for 3 hours waiting already had 7 people walk out without getting to talk to anyone. Was here to just pick up a paid for phone from a locker. Then this morning got a message saying the lockers are not available and to pick it up from an "in-store specialist" waited 3 hours to then be told that oh it was in the locker this entire time. This location is abysmal not one person left happy. If you can use any other service than Verizon I would, I will be switching providers asap. This was ridiculous!

I’ve waited earlier in the day and schedule an appointment later in the day at 3pm and came in at 245pm.. checked in. It’s 330pm almost and 3 associates are just standing there not doin anything and other customers waitin for assistance too. There is NO REASON for this. If you can go to a different corporate store I’m sure it’s worth the commute. I know I should have done that

The two service representatives we had, Jamie and Kayleigh, were extremely helpful. Kayleigh went above and beyond to help us with some porting issues we were having. I would give 5 stars but the wait time was extremely long (2.5 hours). They were doing the best they could with being short staffed.

I have had nothing but issues with them! first it took 1 hour to get my phone set up, now they won't help me out at all, I can't get logged into my account, it keeps sending me notices to get logged in but it isn't working! won't work to be the account owner when I'm the only one on the account.. like wthhh?

The employees literally show their customers how not to conduct yourself while at work. AI robots will eventually be the employees, thank goodness. I go to TCC now, it’s a little better.

The worst customer service in town. 2 people working, 3 standing chatting with each other saying "We'll be right with you!" I was there to buy 4 new phones. After 15 minutes of watching them BS, I left. This is not an isolated incident. Every time it's the same thing. I will never go there again and literally changed service providers to escape having to.

Wait time was atrocious. Get there at 930 and am not seen till almost 11. I'm there to pick up an order and upgrade another line. Once afternoon crew waltzs in I am finally helped. Am unable to upgrade due an issue. After spend forever on the phone with Verizon I am finally able to upgrade. All the while the store rep Hunter would vanish in the back to "check stock" on the same phone. He finally came back with my phone. Never activated it and was mad that I didn't want another $150 in accessories. He also tells me that I am required to have phone protection on my phone as I bought it in the store. Found out from Verizon that he lied and forced me to get addons I didn't want. Verizon is a terrible company to begin with and these customer disservice reps show. If you go in here keep an eye on your bill for addons that you didn't ask for and charges that shouldn't be on it. The rep I talked to at corporate removed the protection and also "filed a complaint".Store is run by crooks and liers just like Verizon as a whole.

I've had some really bad experiences at this store but this has to take the cake. If I could do negative stars I would. Save your time and energy and go to the the TCC Verizon store not 5 minutes away. Their address is 2599 NW Arterial, Dubuque, IA 52002.My wife and I stopped in on 3/29/23 to discuss phone plans. We wanted to speak to someone to weigh out options with plans and possibly upgrade one or both of our phones. We were greeted by Anthony (turns out he's the general manager of the store). Anthony did not listen to a single thing we said when he asked why we were stopping in.We were interrupted multiple times. Anthony would "repeat" back what he thought we were saying before we were done speaking and completely get it wrong. We said I wanted to look into moving me onto my wife's plan and he interrupted to tell me if I wanted my wife to get onto my plan we would have to call a number. I advised I would be more than happy to call that number but we also wanted to look at different plan options. Again I was interrupted before I could add that we wanted to look at phones as well. Anthony then proceeded to walk away from us and yell across the showroom that I was "making things complicated". Then came back with a sheet and said "I'll spell this out for you one more time so you can get it. You have to call this number."

Verizon is horrible in general and this store is no exception. Untrained and rude. I guess they figure they are better than us regular folks. Verizon needs to do better.
