If I could give a negative star I would. US Cellular is very deceitful and will will not tell you (or not tell you) to sell you items. They tell you something is “free” and it isn’t. They sign you up for items you don’t want and you don’t find out until it is too late. They say your bill will be lower and it is higher than ever……run away from them as fast as you can! Signed someone paying for items she didn’t want need or was told she got.

I had the best experience with Vicki when upgrading to a new phone! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend going to this location for any issues or upgrades. Great customer service!

Got an iPhone 14 and went to another location. They told me I had to wait to get service. After 26 hours, still nothing. I stopped into this location on my way home and worked with Luke. He was the only one working and had a long line of people. However, he was able to get my phone working within 5 minutes even though the other location said it wasn’t possible. He also helped all the other people while I was there.

Shout out to Luke T who is always friendly and very knowledgeable. We have been in several times lately and Luke always greets you with a smile even when he is swamped. He is polite and attentive to all customers in the store. Thank you Luke for making our experiences positive ones!

If I could give this store a fair rating...it would be -100,000,000 Million..I called my US Cellular cust service..a customer service agent and they recomend I visit a US Cellular store to get a sim card....I called the store which is a Re-seller of US Cellular.. and asked if I could get a sim card she said "Only If You Have a phone with you".She was Snarky at best...I took my phone to her store, She asked what I wanted (It was obvious she was fishing to see what I wanted because she'll pick and choose which she's gonna work with based on her potential to sell something..I chose to say Sim card (I actuall need to add a new line...She refused me a sim card..This is a quote "I am running low and I have to get in the system and I don't have time do do that" It then became I dont have one for you" keep in mind I had just called her....on the phone..I told her I'd call her boss, she said "go ahead"...I will be calling her boss...She began laughing in front of 3 of her customers. I am waiting for their response in order to post what else she said to me....This store is on The Arterial near the Hyvee gas station...She is a terrible selfish sales person..

My wife and I recently purchased a new phone with Vicki Steffens.She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able meet our needs without being pushy and trying to upsale. It was a very pleasant experience.
