Very good experience with Nick adding a line to my plan and upgrading my phone. He was patient with all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. If you need to go to a Uscelluar location in Dubuque, I would definitely recommend this one vs the one up town.

The only employee in the store is just chatting with the customer and didn't even acknowledge me and the lady behind me. He has no respect and a ridiculous employee. One of the worse U.S. cellular stores that I have ever been too. Almost 30 mins to pay my bill. Wow ridiculous!

Want to thank sales person Nick Efstathiou for helping me on his expertise and mannerisms in helping me with my old cellphone walking me thru a new phone this past weekend on a Saturday (New Years eve). This due that I received a letter from US Cellular about my old phone deactivating soon due to its "3/4G" capabilities. I was glad that he informed me that the phone I owned will be deactivated and will not be in use within the next days/ months. He showed me many options I could use to replace the phone and was not just a salesman trying to sell me the most expensive phone but all my options in purchasing something I needed. At the end I went with a high end phone not by force but my choice. He explained things very well! I felt that this should be noted to upper management of US Cellular. Also, I stopped in earlier during that day and he was manning the store himself with several customers waiting for help and he balanced and assisted everyone I saw. I walked out not mad but said to myself I will come back when it was less busy. I came back a couple hours earlier when the store was empty and at the end of closing time and he sat down and went thru step by step to me. He was not in a rush but wanted me to get the most out of the deal- or best deal- very personable and impressionable. A long time ago... I came to US Cellular and another "Nick" helped me pick out my cell phone and he is in upper management I believe still with US Cellular. I was treated at the holiday time it seemed by 'St. Nick..." both times. I want to personally thanks you Nick for your service the other day and appreciate your time from the Nick's past and present :)Pete Pearson - East Dubuque, IL.

I was in this store with my brother around 9:30am today (Thursday, December 30, 2021) and the boy that was up there at the counter told it would be 2 minutes. All I wanted to do was make a payment. A customer and him were talking for at least 25 mins. Didn't care about us waiting. I left and just said that it's ridiculous. The Wacker st. u.s. cellular store is better than this store anyway. I'll go there from now on at least there's more then 1 employee working at that one.

Jordan at us cellular on locust in Dubuque Iowa was amazing!!! Gave us excellent service!!! Helped trouble shoot an Apple ID issue!!He was very patient and pleasant!!!

Over the phone we were first helped by Kasey. Her depth of product knowledge and stellar customer service helped so much. We had been trying to get new phones & fix our accounts for months. She had everything sorted in under 20 mins! Sara helped us at the location. Everything was ready to go. Account fixed. New phones. It felt sooooo good to finally be treated with courtesy and care at a US Cellular branch. I would highly recommend.

Bad service!!! Waited 20 minutes, but that's not the problem. They were busy. The problem is that a lady came in and waited less than 5 minutes to be helped. Apparently, if you know the sales staff you can get service in a timely matter.

Kasey is great the rest seem to hate their job. Last time I was in there to pay my bill. When greeted told them hi I’m just here to pay my bill, couple in front of me was upgraded lots of phones and changing plan, instead of asking if they could quickly take my payment made me wait forever so I finally left. My fiancé went in to change out a phone a couple weeks prior to this and the gentleman working was very unpleasant towards her.
