I am SO grateful to our UPS driver who went out of his way to deliver our large parcel in a safe area of our home, without being asked! Package arrived on time, in good condition and set securely where only I could see it!!! So impressed with the courteous professionalism of UPS drivers! ?

Packages required signature, Noone was home so they left a notice for later delivery. When going online it says package was delivered and signed for. Tried calling customer service and they can't and won't help figure out who signed or where my packages are. Then the lady hung up on me

Since August of this year I've had 2 different packages that were supposedly delivered to my apartment but never showed up. The most recent time, less than a month ago, I went to the door about an hour after I got the email saying that it was delivered. There was nothing there and I didn't hear a knock or anything. Trying to file a claim is a hassle and frankly not worth it. Thankfully the company I ordered from was more than happy to resend both packages even though it wasn't their fault.Update. Trying to change delivery locations because apparently the driver has a difficult time finding my my apartment and I'm tired of playing games every month. It's not a hard place to find and the numbers on the building are very clear. When I go online to change locations it doesn't give the option to send it to the post office and that is ridiculous. I'm not going to drive 10 miles to the closet UPS store. I use a service that I order from every month and UPS is the only shipping option available.
