This UPS store helped me do an Amazon return (where I just showed the QR code) in less than 1 minute. I was greeted promptly, and was out of the store quickly. The store has a lot of services.

Owen was extremely helpful in making three returns for my daughter. I was on a tight schedule and he made possible for me to make the schedule. He help with the QRcodes on my phone. I would give him a 5 plus for service ??

This 5 star review is for Owen. I was very impressed with the young help here! Owen was wonderful! He had an answer for every question I had, helped me carry and pack the stuff I needed to send and even started small talk. Their was a young blonde girl working too that was polite to customers. The older women there was loud, rude, and acted annoyed to help customers. If you want a friendly, helpful experience, get in the teenagers line at UPS

First off, I would like to acknowledge that it is hard to find good employees these days. But, with that being said, the lady at the UPS Store in Dubuque next to Target, is very rude and it is completely unnecessary. I brought in 2 boxes from Amazon in their original packaging. I had my pre-printed return codes with me. As I stepped up to the counter, she was already rolling her eyes & shaking her head. Her 1st word to me was "NO" she said I had to re-package my items or she would not accept them. I said "These are the boxes the shipments came in and your company delivered them to my house" she responded "that doesn't matter, we will not accept them." I would also like to say the packages were not damaged at all. She did not offer another box or any other option and just said "Next."I am pretty sure next time I want to ship a box, I will not use UPS.ps I leave reviews frequently. this is my 1st negative review. I hope that illustrates just how rude this woman was to me.

I brought a box in to mail and it was much bigger than what was in it and therefore it was going to cost alot more than I anticipated. Zach - employee 285406 took it upon himself to go back in the back and find a smaller box to pack my item in bringing my cost down almost $20. I was so impressed and appreciative of his help....it's a rare quality these days and it was much aprreciated!

Driver left our package in a snow bank at the end of our lane with no attempt to contact us. Also found large footprints imprinted into the package like someone walked across the top of it.

I have never left a review before but felt that this is the only way to let others know. I’ve had the same issue at this place a few times. There is a lady that works there and she is not very respectful. She gives rude and unnecessary remarks when you ask for assistance. I’ve had several employees of mine reach out to me in the past about her being difficult to work with. I decided to call her myself and see if it was true and they were spot on. Instantly she starts to have uncalled for responses and tone of voice. If we could control where our packages came through I’d make sure to not give her the work.

I picked the option to have my package delivered to my local UPS store and the UPS store charged me $5.00 to pick up the package because I don't have a mailbox or account with them. This was not disclosed by the retailer that I ordered from when I made the order and I would not have picked that option if I knew this up front. I made the retailer aware of this. The retailer & UPS store need to make customers aware or have a disclaimer listed about this in writing. That's a deceiving charge/practice.

Never have I had a bad experience for the few times I have had to come in to send an Amazon package back. Today was pretty busy but 2 people helping and the 1 for pre paid labels only helped keep things moving
