“The wonderful transmission team at Precision Transmission repaired my van's transmission in December 2020. They were professional and very helpful. After diagnosing the problem, they called with the diagnosis and gave me two choices on how to repair it - either replace the part that is not working or have them try to repair it.My husband and I chose to replace the faulty part. The part took a few days to come because it had to be ordered from the manufacturer. At this point we were given a quote on how much labor and parts would cost us.The install took longer than anticipated, but the guys at Precision Transmission stood by their original quote.
