Employee very rude and gave the cold shoulder. He was made aware that some of their cigars have holes in them and he blatantly raised his voice and denied it. He also was very snarky when we made a mistake about the name of the brand. Will not do business here again.

I've purchased cigars from tobacco outlet plus. there is one lady who is fat and ugly who is so rude that it's unreasonable to buy anything from here .I've spent over a thousand dollars there. I will not come back because of the fat rude lady. over 4 times she insulted me and my family. she's very ugly. personality and looks.

Not sure where the good employees went, but I used to like coming to this place and seeing the familiar faces I have become accustomed to. The lady I had tonight was extremely rude. You need to lower your turnover rate and keep the good ones.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find what you are looking for. I always buy my tubes and tobacco here! Also they have caramel black stag iced coffee which tastes WAY better that Starbucks brand!
