There 7am time is a lie waited a hour for staff to arrive and then was refused service for a outside drive tire. This is exactly why trucking is going down the toilet nobody cares about drivers anymore.

There not open at 7am that's a lie i showed up at 7 the office was closed the mechanic said the office staff don't arrive until 8 so they couldn't fix my flat until they arrived.

Went at my appointment time to find out they didn't have the tires they quoted me. Tried to sell me different ones. Claimed they where a mark down because they recapped them when they normally wouldn't do thatcap style in that size. They ended up being same price as the others (other then cheeper casing) but now I would need 1 more to match what I had. When the told me to pull in a driver that was there after me pulled in before me. At 4:45 I left because even if they would have stayed after 5 who wants to deal with an employee that was already supposed to leave. Really left abad taste for a shop that I had been ok with in the past.

Had four semi tires installed on the back of my semi in Davenport had a really bad shake after they were installed drove semi to Minnesota with it shaking really bad. Call them told them about it and was told to take it to the Dubuque location for them to balance the tires so I thought they would dis mount the tires to get the bag of equal out then air them back up before spin balancing them and of course they didn’t. They spin balanced them and put stick on weights on the outside of my rims instead of the inside. Long story short I left with what they done and found out today the bead wasn’t seated all the way on the rim. They act like they no everything and u no nothing at both locations that is mentioned. U can’t balance a tire on a spin balancer with a bag of equal in each tire and u don’t put weights on the outside of a rim.
